A 2020 lockdown export project by wine marketers Janneman Solms & Dane Raath. A cheeky, colourful, upscaled solution to the “Prohibition Brown Paper Bag”, Jan put his design skills to use, collabing with Dane to market and sell them through their few decades of wine industry connections.
Wines are made by high ranking winemaking friends in the industry according to what the duo sees as gaps in various markets. The brand aims to draw in both wine snobs, geeks and wine newbies in an approachable and passionate manner.
The beer was a year-long project focused on finding the perfect brewery to collaborate with. All four beers – a light & bitter Lager, a fresh & peachy Pale Ale, a steezy tropical Session IPA, and a mellow 3% beer – are brewed in Robertson. Packaged in cans for extra freshness, allowing you to pour your own glass at home, they make for the perfect palate cleanser between drinks or a refreshing sundowner.
