Hope Distillery's classic London Dry Gin is distilled the traditional way, with single malt vodka as its base. Distilled a fourth time to infuse seven of its carefully selected botanicals. Subtle and smooth finish with hints of citrus complementing the juniper and rosemary.

The Great White Rum is made using a unique adaptation of a centuries old Caribbean rum making technique, We use strong African blackstrap molasses to add a bit of local flair and flavour.
When drinking our rum straight, one gets a distinct tropical fruit taste on the front of the palate. Overall there is a natural sweetness to the rum, making it pleasant to drink in a variety of ways.It also plays nicely with a variety of mixers, including many tonics, lemonade and ginger beer.
The Fyn Botanical Rum is created by gently infusing our unique botanical blend during distillation. Using distinct Cape fynbos, balanced with locally grown fruit, it has a uniquely South African taste.
The two most prominent flavours, Honeybush and Naartjie give a pleasant citrus taste, closely followed by the warm and robust flavours of cinnamon and all spice.
